District 4195 organized a Welcome Camp for the 84 students participating in the 2018/2019 Rotary Youth Exchange Programme. Before going to their host families throughout the south-east of Mexico they enjoyed three days in Cancun, learning the rules and regulations of the programme during a day of seminars given by the dedicated district youth exchange team, and visiting beautiful Isla Mujeres. Then they continued to their new homes and to meet their new families for this year, and forever.
